Get your inspiration and surround yourself with it
As soon as you see your favorite star on television, or on a hoarding, you feel like you need to hit the gym. But after a while that motivation seems to fade away. So, the first step is to find your motivation – a celebrity or someone in your personal life, whom you idealize in bodybuilding – and paste their poster in your room. Use their wallpaper as desktop background or your lock screen in your mobile to stay motivated and focused.
Nothing is stronger than your will
Even if you have all the motivation you need in the world, it is you who decides when to start. So until you set your mind to it, you cannot get going. There are a few things you can do if you feel tired or lazy before your training session. You could try to think about all the possible things that you would gain with the physique you are going to achieve, or, if you have already built some musculature, you could think about how your laziness could hinder your muscle growth and ruin your previous hard work. So do not give up, stay strong, get up and hit the gym and keep training harder.
What to do if you do not get the results
Sometimes it happens that you have been training for months and there are still no visible signs of improvement.
